This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in building and scaling the region’s growth function.As the first dedicated growth hire in Europe, you will work closely with the Head of eCommerce to drive customer acquisition, optimise conversion, improve retention, and build scalable reporting and measurement frameworks.
