Role

We are looking for a full-time Technical Assistant to support our growing ROBO SHOP vending machine network. This role is responsible for keeping our vending machines running smoothly across London and nearby cities. You will help maintain stock levels, resolve technical issues, support new machine launches, complete office administration, and work with different teams to ensure our ROBO SHOP operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operation of the ROBO SHOP vending machine network.
Visit vending machines to replenish stock, carry out basic maintenance, and resolve technical issues where required.
Work with internal teams and external partners to support new ROBO SHOP launches and ongoing operations.
Monitor machine performance and help resolve operational issues quickly to minimise downtime.
Complete administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, operational reports, and supporting finance processes.
Maintain accurate stock records and work with the warehouse and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Help identify ways to improve processes and increase the efficiency of the ROBO SHOP network.
Provide support outside of normal working hours when required, including occasional weekend responses.

Required Qualifications

Well organised with good time management skills.
Previous experience in a technical, maintenance, operations, or field support role.
Comfortable carrying out basic troubleshooting and maintenance on vending machines or similar equipment.
Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams and external partners.
Must be able to lift 20kg in weight Traveling is required in this role Fluent in English.
Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not essential.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between ROBO SHOP locations is desirable.
