Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster
Pay: Β£12.26 per hour
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights Cover)

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator / Office Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced operation supporting a global supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start immediately, with potential for a long-term, full-time role.
Shift Patterns
- Days: 05:00 - 17:00
- Nights: 17:00 - 05:00
Flexibility to cover alternate shifts to cover sickness and holidays may be required.
What Youβll Be Doing:
- General office admin duties
- Meeting and greeting drivers and staff
- Phone and email correspondence
- Booking in and allocating keys to drivers
- Assisting with daily planning and staffing
- Supporting the FLM (First Line Manager)
- Producing KPI reports and attendance logs
- Liaising with agencies on staffing and payroll
- Other duties as required

- Previous admin experience (transport experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills
