As the outward-facing ambassador of Poolhouse, the Door Concierge plays a critical role in shaping first impressions — even before guests step inside. Positioned at the threshold of the venue, you represent the brand to the street: projecting elegance, warmth, and professionalism to guests, passersby, and potential future visitors alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the external face and brand ambassador of Poolhouse.
- Create a sense of anticipation, warmth, and welcome through presence alone.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and posture at all times.
- Acknowledge guests, passersby, and onlookers with confidence and discretion.
- Project calm authority and approachability at the venue entrance.
- Set a premium tone through elegant communication and body language.
- Liaise discreetly with Hosts and FOH teams as needed.
- Ensure the entrance area always looks intentional, tidy, and inviting.
- Represent Poolhouse values to the wider public, not just current guests.
- Remain composed, observant, and welcoming during high-energy periods.
