Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve all drinks to spec, with speed and consistency.
- Deliver great guest interactions – friendly, attentive, and professional.
- Offer food and service to guests seated at our bar.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene at all times.
- Keep stock areas replenished and support stock rotation and counts.
- Work effectively with colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient.
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
- Share product knowledge with guests, making recommendations with confidence.
- Support training of new team members by sharing best practice.
- Uphold standards for appearance, punctuality, and teamwork.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous bartending experience in a busy, high-volume venue.
- Skilled in classic cocktails, draught service, and product knowledge.
- Fast, accurate, and attentive to detail under pressure.
- Natural communicator with positive energy and great guest rapport.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of work.
