A well-established construction specialist is seeking a Design Manager to lead the delivery of complex structural and industrial construction projects. This role would suit a Design Manager with experience across industrial or specialist fit-out projects, who is comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams from post-tender through to completion.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the design process, ensuring coordination, compliance, and buildability across all stages of delivery.

Experience in industrial or large-scale fit-out environments is highly desirable. Working knowledge of BIM and design coordination processes is also necessary.

This role is ideal for a Design Manager looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional sectors, or for someone from an industrial or fit-out background seeking a more technically driven management position.
