Poolhall Recruitment is looking for experienced CCTV Drainage Engineers to join a Highway Maintenance team working across the South Coast, Wales, and North West.

Are you an experienced Drainage Engineer seeking a new role? There is progression available, and the company genuinely makes every effort to create an excellent working culture in a progressive environment.

This role involves working Monday‑Friday (accommodation and allowance provided) with a mix of day and night shifts (approx. 70% nights).

Pay

  • Day rate: up to £175.44
  • Night rate: up to £228.08
  • Up to £58k per year

Key Duties

  • Drainage surveys and maintenance
  • Use of GIS & GPS equipment
  • Radar scanning and asset inspections
  • General highways duties and reporting

Requirements

  • Demonstrate drainage experience (highways or utilities essential)
  • GIS/GPS survey experience
  • CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to work away and nights

Temp‑to‑perm or perm opportunity with long‑term progression and training available.
