Joiner / Carpenter - Garden Rooms & Composite Buildings
Location: Telford (Projects throughout the West Midlands)
Pay: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour

Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful garden room and composite building specialist based in Telford.
We are seeking an experienced Joiner/Carpenter to join the installation team, delivering high-quality garden rooms, home offices, outdoor leisure buildings and bespoke composite structures for residential and commercial clients. Work is primarily across the West Midlands, with occasional travel further afield when required.
The Role
- Construction and installation of bespoke garden rooms and composite buildings
- Carrying out all aspects of first fix carpentry
- Completing second fix carpentry to a high standard
- Installation of flooring, internal finishes, doors, skirting and architraves
- Working from drawings and site specifications
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high level of workmanship
- Maintaining excellent standards of health and safety on site
- Representing the business professionally on customer sites
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter
- Strong background in both first fix and second fix carpentry
- Experience installing a variety of flooring systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively on site
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Own tools advantageous
