Poolhall Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency in the West Midlands. We are looking to add to our UK team, and hope to partner with talented recruitment professionals. This is aimed at independent specialist recruiters looking for the opportunity to work for themselves, without having to set up a business, and endure all of the costs involved.
We understand recruitment, people, and have a complete common sense approach, this is a great opportunity to work in an environment that works for high performers. This is a remote / hybrid role so any UK location will be considered but central locations are preferred. We do offer team working days or desk space opportunities in Birmingham - if you are looking to vary your week, or if you need a location for registrations.
Not everyone wakes up and is ready to own their own recruitment business, some understandably do not want the responsibility either. Poolhall are offering consultants the opportunity to back themselves as achieving recruiters, and take a high percentage of what they generate. A breakdown model is available upon request but we are very open minded and will negotiate the right deal on an individual basis.
We are currently seeking highly motivated recruitment consultants to start their new journey with us:
