Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Executive / Field Sales executive on behalf of our client, a successful and growing supplier to the construction and building services sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven field sales executive professional who enjoys managing their own territory, building relationships face-to-face, and developing new business opportunities across the construction market. The role is primarily field based, with one day per week in the office and the remainder of the week spent attending customer meetings, visiting sites, developing accounts, and working from home.

As a field sales executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business opportunities across your territory
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts

- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Producing quotations and following up sales opportunities
- Managing your own pipeline and diary effectively
- Identifying opportunities for growth within your area
- Delivering excellent customer service and account management
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience within a field sales or business development role
- Experience selling products or services into construction, building, trade, or related industries
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach
- The ability to work independently while managing a field-based role
- A track record of achieving sales success
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
