DIRECTOR'S PERSONAL ASSISTANT / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Resolve Property Group Ltd

Resolve Property Group Ltd is looking for a highly organised, confident and reliable person to work directly alongside our Director and assist with the day-to-day running of a busy and growing property services company.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be answering emails. We need somebody who can take ownership of tasks, solve problems and genuinely reduce the Director's workload.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Director's daily diary, appointments and priorities
  • Coordinating installation teams, surveyors and sales representatives
  • Organising customer appointments and job schedules
  • Speaking professionally with customers by telephone, WhatsApp and email
  • Preparing and sending quotations, invoices, contracts and completion paperwork
  • Keeping track of deposits and outstanding customer balances
  • Booking hotels, scaffolding, skips, waste facilities and other job requirements
  • Liaising with suppliers and helping arrange materials
  • Following up outstanding jobs and customer queries
  • Keeping records and job information organised
  • Helping coordinate leads and sales appointments
  • Taking care of smaller problems before they reach the Director
  • Generally being the Director's right-hand person and helping keep the business organised

Who we're looking for

You need to be extremely organised, switched-on and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Prior PA, office management, operations, construction/property or customer-service experience would be beneficial, but attitude and ability are equally important.

You must be confident on the telephone, comfortable using computers and smartphones, able to multitask and - most importantly - be someone who gets things done without needing to be constantly chased.

You'll be working closely with the Director and will have access to commercially sensitive information, so trustworthiness, discretion and reliability are essential.
