We’re expanding join our Private Client Team at Poole Townsend. We are growing and it’s an exciting time to join Poole Townsend’s Private Client Department. Due to continued demand and expansion across our client base, we are recruiting for multiple roles within our Private Client Team, based in Barrow-in-Furness (with flexibility across our other offices and hybrid working considered).
Poole Townsend is a long-established, highly regarded firm delivering legal, financial and property services across Cumbria. Our Private Client team continues to grow, and due to departmental expansion, we are now looking to recruit an additional Private Client Lawyer.

An opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer at any level to join a supportive, well-established team with immediate access to quality work and clients.
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, delivering high-quality, personal legal advice to an established and growing client base:
- Wills and estate planning
- LPAs, trusts, tax and Court of Protection matters
- Liaising with internal Financial Services colleagues where appropriate
- Providing clear, accurate and empathetic legal advice
- Maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client work (all levels of PQE considered).
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
