The Role: We are seeking a proactive FS Administration Manager to lead and develop our administration and paraplanning team. You will oversee workflows, ensure compliance, manage operational risk, and drive service excellence for our advisers and clients. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct impact on adviser capacity, client outcomes, and team performance.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing administration & paraplanning team
- Manage end‑to‑end workflows, from pre‑meeting prep to post‑review actions
- Oversee paraplanning outputs and ensure quality through structured QA
- Maintain compliance and risk controls, including AML, consent, and documentation
- Produce and analyse MI to identify risks and drive operational improvements
- Chair stand‑ups, planning sessions, and contribute to operational meetings
You’ll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in IFA, wealth, or mortgage administration
- Strong FCA compliance knowledge and operational expertise
- Experience managing workflows, SLAs, and improving efficiency
