About the Team
The Marketing team sits within TikTok Shop UK and owns the brand's social media presence and campaign delivery across key marketing moments. The team works cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Creator, Commercial and Agency teams, as well as Partner Manager teams, to plan and deliver content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, community engagement and performance across TikTok, Instagram, B-side and other channels.
Purpose of Role
Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop UK's owned social media channels and marketing campaigns. This means managing content calendars and publishing schedules, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external creators/agencies, and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from planning through to launch, with performance tracked and reported throughout.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop UK's owned social media campaigns across key marketing moments
- Manage social media content calendars, publishing schedules and campaign timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, creators, agencies and designers to deliver high-quality content on time
- Assist in developing and localising social media content for campaigns, product launches and seasonal events
- Monitor content performance, track key metrics and prepare campaign reports with actionable insights
- Manage marketing assets and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, platform features and competitor activity to identify content opportunities
- Support day-to-day social media operations and cross-functional project coordination
- Build new social media connections and partnerships, working closely with Partner Manager teams
- Support marketing across TikTok, Instagram, B-side/other channels and other brands
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing or a related field
- Native-level English
- Strong understanding of TikTok and major social media platforms
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset, with experience tracking campaign performance and translating insights into strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred
- Mandarin language skills
- E-commerce experience
- Experience working with creators, agencies or influencer marketing
- Experience working with brands and/or partnerships
- Experience with social media management or analytics tools
- Ideally, experience managing projects end-to-end
