The Role
TikTok Shop is hiring a driven, proactive sales profile to help identify and onboard the next wave of high-potential UK sellers. You’ll run outbound activity, qualify and pitch sellers, then support onboarding and early growth in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners
- Lead initial conversations to understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop’s proposition into tailored pitches
- Assess seller fit, identify growth strategies, and define clear pathways to GMV growth
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding: registration, account setup and activation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure ongoing support for onboarded sellers, including merchant navigation through early growth
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth (within a 3–6 month period)
- Build a working understanding of TikTok Shop, the competitive landscape, and positioning in market
Minimum Requirements
- Successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience
- Exceptional command of English (written and verbal), including presentations and external stakeholder comms
- Strong time management and organisation, able to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting
Preferred
- eCommerce experience in a marketplace / platform / high-growth online environment (Amazon / eBay exposure is ideal)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment
