As Programmatic Manager, you’ll take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across multiple channels including Display, Video, and Mobile. You’ll work closely with digital and comms planning teams to deliver cohesive, performance-led strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to new business responses and strategic planning, becoming a key voice in shaping best-in-class programmatic solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Be the go-to lead for all programmatic buying and strategy across your client portfolio
- Manage campaign set-up, trafficking, and optimisation to ensure top-tier performance
- Guide and support executives in campaign execution and workload prioritisation
- Collaborate with digital and planning teams to ensure fully integrated cross-channel strategies
- Lead campaign analysis and reporting, identifying opportunities for performance improvement
- Stay up to date with evolving programmatic trends, platforms, and technologies
- Contribute to new business opportunities and present strategic recommendations confidently
- Proven experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management
- Strong understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem – DSPs: Preferably DV360 and The Trade Desk – Adservers: Campaign Manager (or similar) – Brand Safety: IAS, DoubleVerify – Contextual Tools: Oracle or similar solutions
- Proficient in Excel and general Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
- Confident communicator with internal teams, clients, and external partners
