The Tik Tok Shop Partner (TSP) and Agency team plays a critical role in enabling seller success by onboarding, educating, and supporting agencies to drive growth for sellers across categories.

Responsibilities
- Establish Tik Tok as an ecommerce platform of choice for brands through building strong relationships and exploring partnership opportunities with ecommerce and digital marketing agencies across core functions including: creative, social, production, logistics and influencer marketing.
- Establish themselves as the primary liaison, Tik Tok advocate and owner of client relationships for their respective agencies.
- Support partners throughout their onboarding and incubation on the platform, from identifying opportunities, inputs to strategic briefs, training and consultation.
- Be responsible for TSP GMV performance and growth by educating and training TSPs with Tik Tok Shop best practices across live strategy, analysis and diagnosis of traffic and sales data.
- Focus on new agencies in the TTS ecosystem, building them up and developing them into successful and thriving TSP agencies.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, project management, consultancy, or operations.
- Have a strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of Tik Tok Shop.
- Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Data driven; an analytical thinker who is able to proficiently use at least one data visualisation analysis tool.
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising work based on the needs of the business.
- Excellent German & English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in BD within a similar tech company, ecommerce platform or agency.
- A detailed understanding of the agency landscape in Germany.
- Personal network in place with agency contacts across creative, social, production, or influencer agencies.
