Role Overview
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and DV360

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (additional Programmatic experience a plus)
- Strong platform knowledge: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, or similar
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills — comfortable with performance reporting and data storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, able to lead client calls and present reports clearly
- Experience working within a digital or full-service advertising agency preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, etc.) is a bonus
