Role Overview: You’ll take charge of planning and executing standout OOH media campaigns across a high-profile client portfolio. From traditional formats to digital innovation, you’ll design media strategies that turn heads and hit KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Delivery: Oversee the planning and execution of OOH campaigns that meet both strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Client Strategy & Forecasting: Contribute to revenue growth and accurate forecasting while helping to evolve the OOH product offering.
  • Client & Media Owner Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and media owners, fostering long-term, collaborative relationships.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Ensure campaigns are delivered to spec, within budget, and meet audit standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, nurturing talent and maintaining a positive, high-performing culture.
  • OOH Marketing: Collaborate on case studies and thought leadership to enhance the agency’s reputation in the OOH space.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in planning and buying across the OOH media landscape.
  • Deep understanding of the UK OOH market, including formats, trends, and innovations.
  • Familiarity with industry tools including Route, OCS, Purl, and Touchpoints.
  • Excellent trading and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance client needs and commercial value.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable managing both client and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience, ideally managing junior execs or planners.
