  • Lead initial pitches: understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop's value into tailored propositions
  • Assess seller fit and identify clear pathways to GMV growth for fashion brands
  • Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup and activation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarded sellers through their growth on the platform
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for seller acquisition and GMV growth within a 3-6 month period
  • Develop a strong understanding of the TikTok Shop platform, the competition and the platform's positioning in the fashion market

What We're Looking For

  • High motivation and drive, ideally with experience in startup or high-pace working environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and unlock commitments from senior stakeholders
  • Direct TikTok Shop experience, ideally through an agency or managing TikTok Shop on the brand side
  • Account management and outbound sales experience
  • E-commerce experience
  • Understanding of the fashion industry

  • Proven B2B sales development or full-cycle sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills; able to operate autonomously

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a high-growth e-commerce, online marketplace or platform business
  • Experience in a hyper-scaling or startup-like environment
