About the Role

TikTok Shop is looking for a New Business & Seller Growth Executive to join the Fashion team in London. This role is sitting within the Fashion vertical, focused on identifying, onboarding and growing the next wave of high-potential UK fashion sellers on the platform.


You will run outbound prospecting across multiple channels, lead initial pitches to sellers, assess platform fit, support end-to-end onboarding, and then work closely with onboarded sellers to grow their GMV in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

Proactively run outbound prospecting via email, phone and social to source and qualify high-potential fashion seller-partners

Lead initial pitches: understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop's value into tailored propositions

Assess seller fit and identify clear pathways to GMV growth for fashion brands

Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup and activation

Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarded sellers through their growth on the platform

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for seller acquisition and GMV growth within a 3-6 month period

Develop a strong understanding of the TikTok Shop platform, the competition and the platform's positioning in the fashion market


What We're Looking For

  • High motivation and drive, ideally with experience in startup or high-pace working environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and unlock commitments from senior stakeholders
  • Direct TikTok Shop experience, ideally through an agency or managing TikTok Shop on the brand side
  • Account management and outbound sales experience
  • E-commerce experience
  • Understanding of the fashion industry


Minimum requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales development or full-cycle sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills; able to operate autonomously


Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a high-growth e-commerce, online marketplace or platform business
  • Experience in a hyper-scaling or startup-like environment
