The Effectiveness Manager will work closely with the Head of Effectiveness in the execution of research and effectiveness programmes. You will be the core point of contact supporting planning teams with brief and pitch work, managing campaign effectiveness research, and supporting senior leadership with effectiveness support. The role is responsible for managing the team in generating regular campaign measurement, achieving measurement targets, managing an agency patch, and creating core effectiveness work to underpin planning and client performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive effectiveness within an agency patch, working with planning teams to understand client KPIs and develop measurement solutions
- Lead project management, analysis, and reporting of data and client debriefs
- Act as a core point of contact for the UK team on effectiveness knowledge and collateral
- Support senior leadership with effectiveness work
- Own the generation of OOH data, insights, industry reports, and market trends to support marketing and client initiatives
- Develop research projects to support planning and business strategy
- Support content marketing: identifying trends and topics for sales and marketing collateral and thought leadership, including bylines and whitepapers
- Ensure the team conducts regular analysis of syndicated research studies and reports findings to the business
- Drive growth in core clients' measurement portfolios and diversify their measurement solutions
- Stay embedded in industry knowledge through internal and external media, research, and effectiveness events
- Share knowledge and best practice across the team and business
