Following the merger of two of the UK's largest mobile networks, this business is now the UK's biggest mobile network operator by subscriber base, serving approximately 28 million customers. It operates a multi-brand consumer strategy across five brands, all running on one combined network infrastructure. An Β£11 billion investment programme is underway to build 5G Standalone coverage targeting 99% UK population coverage by 2030.
The Consumer team sits at the heart of how the business talks to customers, shapes propositions, and shows up across paid and organic channels. Social, content and influencer are central to that.
The Role
This is a Brand Content & Influencer Manager role sitting within the Consumer team. You will own end-to-end delivery of social-first proposition campaigns, from initial brief through to execution and post-campaign reporting. You will also lead the social layer within broader ATL campaigns, working with agencies and internal teams to ensure content is platform-native and genuinely works on channel.
What You Will Be Doing
- Owning delivery of social-first proposition campaigns across devices, broadband and plans, from briefing through to reporting
- Leading the social layer within ATL campaigns, ensuring ideas translate into platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Acting as the creative voice for social internally, challenging agency output and raising the bar on quality
- Identifying opportunities to put social at the front of campaigns rather than treating it as a bolt-on
- Managing creator and influencer workstreams within campaigns and cultural moments, including briefing, talent selection and execution via internal tools
- Writing clear briefs for agency partners and providing creative feedback
- Working closely with Brand, PR, Sponsorship, Media and CRM teams on integrated campaign delivery
- Managing agency relationships across multiple partners
- Overseeing production: asset development, adaptations and social-first activations
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance, coordinating measurement including brand lift and content effectiveness
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across social and digital channels
- Strong understanding of platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Experience working with creators and influencer marketing within campaign environments
- A clear point of view on what good creative looks like, and the ability to articulate it
- Experience briefing and managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns at once
- Solid understanding of campaign measurement, including brand tracking and content effectiveness
