AV Manager – Key Responsibilities- Lead AV campaign delivery across TV, Video, and Cinema
- Build and manage mid-level client relationships with confidence
- Negotiate with sales house teams to secure strong value and added extras
- Collaborate with internal planning, investment, and digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and media owner innovations
- Consistently meet campaign KPIs and support junior team members
- Act as the day-to-day AV lead on major accounts across multiple sectors
- Guide your team’s output, providing support, training, and progression planning
- Lead negotiations and secure the best outcomes with senior media owners
- Evaluate new media offerings and drive innovation across all briefs
- Ensure the team’s work meets the highest operational and strategic standards
- Be a key contributor to agency culture and cross-team collaboration
- 5–7+ years’ experience in AV planning and buying (Manager level), 8+ years for Director
- Deep understanding of the AV landscape across broadcast and digital video
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial instincts
- Confident communicator and team leader
- Experience using tools such as Prisma, Media Ocean, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple briefs, stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced agency
