What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of agency experience for Account Managers
- 4–6+ years for Senior AMs
- 6–8+ years for Account Directors
- Background in TTL, ATL or fully integrated creative agencies
- Confident managing day-to-day client relationships and internal teams
- Great creative judgment — you know how to push the work while keeping clients on board
- Calm under pressure, great with timelines and production detail
- Collaborative, solutions-first, and good vibes in a team setting
- Experience working across brand campaigns, TV, social, digital, and content
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main client contact on projects, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
- Briefing and collaborating with creative and strategy teams
- Managing campaign timelines, budgets and production milestones
- Presenting work internally and externally with clarity and confidence
- Supporting or leading new business pitches
- Mentoring junior members of the client services team (SAM and AD level)
- Championing great creative work, from brief through to final delivery
