Part of our Global Mobility Service team, who endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee mobility process.
This role will be specifically responsible for EMEA immigration support and an integral part of a wider team to also deliver ongoing immigration projects to streamline our processes and improve the businesses' overall knowledge of immigration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end immigration cases across EMEA, ensuring timely, compliant, and seamless processing for both international transfers and local hires
- Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, delivering a high-quality, user-focused experience while partnering with immigration vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and effective issue resolution
- Oversee daily immigration operations, including assessing work visa eligibility, ensuring timely case milestone updates, and maintaining high data accuracy; apply strong attention to detail and an end-to-end view of the case lifecycle to support compliance, accurate reporting, and informed decision-making
- Provide immigration advisory by translating vendor input and data into clear insights; ask the right questions and simplify complex advice into practical recommendations to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize work visa and immigration processes
Minimum requirements:
- 3β5 years of experience managing end-to-end global mobility or immigration processes within a corporate or regulated environment
- Hands-on experience using Workday and Excel for case management, data tracking, and reporting, with strong ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and in-house tools
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex immigration or technical concepts into clear, simple, and user-friendly guidance for non-specialist audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive outcomes
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Good understanding of EMEA immigration laws and regulations.
