TikTok Shop launched in Germany in March 2025 and had climbed into the top 15 online retailers in the country within a year. Globally, its GMV reached around $64.3 billion in 2025, more than double the year before, with 2026 projections putting it past $112 billion. This Partner Manager role sits right at the centre of that growth in the DACH market.

- Owning relationships with agency partners across creative, social, production, logistics and influencer marketing
- Onboarding new agencies and supporting their early stage growth on TikTok Shop
- Running training, webinars and group education sessions to help partners improve GMV performance
- Troubleshooting partner issues directly and escalating to the product team where required
- Using data to spot patterns, diagnose issues and prioritise where to focus next
What makes someone right for this:
- 2 to 5 years in ecommerce, project management, consultancy, operations or a client facing role
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- A background in sales, client facing product, or partnerships
