What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to inform strategic direction.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on consumer behaviour, industry trends, and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with creative and client service teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven and results-focused.
• Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate strategic thinking.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a strategy, marketing, or planning role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• A solid understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
