Base pay range

A growing creative agency is hiring an Account Director to lead client relationships and commercial growth across high-impact, hand-rendered OOH campaigns in the UK and internationally.

They specialise in large-scale, site-specific advertising—trusted by global brands across retail, sport, entertainment, and lifestyle. Campaigns span iconic city locations, blending creative craft with smart media strategy. It’s bold, visible work—seen by millions and built to make an impression.

The team is experienced, and commercially sharp. As Account Director, you’ll have direct access to decision-makers and take a lead role in shaping how partnerships are built, managed, and delivered.

The role

• You’ll lead client conversations from initial enquiry to delivery, managing the pitch process and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept through production. This includes:
• Responding to briefs and preparing proposals, creds and case studies
• Converting inbound interest and identifying new business opportunities
• Owning campaign delivery—working across creative, production and third-party partners
• Maintaining strong relationships with brands and agencies
• Helping grow the agency’s presence via social channels and BD activity

What they’re looking for

• 5–7+ years in a client-facing role within advertising, creative production, or OOH
• Experience leading campaign delivery and managing high-profile clients
• Strong commercial instincts and confidence responding to live briefs
• Clear, persuasive communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and owning relationships end-to-end
• Able to juggle multiple projects and keep calm under pressure
