What You’ll Be Doing- Own SEO delivery across Polish-language markets, from research through to execution and reporting
- Conduct keyword research aligned to user intent, search demand, and growth opportunities
- Optimise on-page content and site structure to improve rankings, visibility, and engagement
- Work closely with content teams to brief and refine SEO-led content
- Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that drive next steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, paid media, and analytics
- Support reporting and performance discussions with internal stakeholders
- Native Polish speaker with strong English
- 2 to 3 years’ SEO experience in a performance-driven environment
- Strong experience across both content SEO and technical SEO
- Clear understanding of keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Ability to demonstrate measurable SEO impact such as improvements in rankings, traffic, or conversions
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-market environments is beneficial
- Exposure to AI tools within SEO workflows is a plus
