We’re hiring a Head of Sales to join a profitable and growing EdTech SaaS company that’s improving how schools run—and how students access what matters most. With over £5m in recurring revenue and 50+ staff, this business has already made a big impact. Their platform supports thousands of UK schools, handling everything from meal payments and trip bookings to parent comms—streamlining admin so school staff can focus on what really counts. Backed by a global software group, they’ve got both stability and scale. And under new leadership, they’re now looking for someone to take their commercial function into its next chapter.
Why consider it?
- The product is proven and trusted—with real-world impact across the UK education sector
- The market positioning is strong, but the sales strategy needs shaping—this is yours to own
- The wider group offers stability, investment, and long-term career options
- You’ll be joining at a moment of change—big appetite for improvement, and support to make it happen
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and coach a small but experienced sales team
- Build and deliver a strategy across new business and account expansion
- Tighten up processes and pipeline visibility (Salesforce)
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Support to align activity
- Define and track key commercial metrics—ARR, conversion rates, growth, etc.
- Spot new market opportunities and help the business stay ahead of the curve
We’re looking for:
- Senior sales experience in a SaaS business (Head of Sales, Sales Director, or ready to step up)
- Background in EdTech, payments, or catering tech would be ideal
- Hands-on with strategy, coaching, and commercial reporting
- Comfortable in a scaling environment—strategic but happy to roll up your sleeves
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing wider business direction
