We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish theopportunity to:
- Assist the SeniorLeadership team at Poole High School in overseeing the pastoral welfare andsafeguarding of students in each year group.
- Deal with pastoral andwelfare issues and be responsible for the induction of new arrivals.
- Support and work with students andfamilies to maximise learning for individual students.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people inaccordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
