THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Audit Executive to join the Media Compliance team within Finance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the media and advertising industry. This is a key position within the finance function, supporting the business in maintaining strong relationships with both media owners and agency partners through accurate reconciliation and financial control processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling high volumes of campaign and billing data, reconciling information between bespoke campaign planning systems and finance platforms. You will also support the Head of Media Compliance with external client audits, working closely with multiple teams across the business to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across processes and reporting.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Support the Head of Media Compliance to ensure accurate end‑to‑end reconciliation of agency and media owner campaigns and billings
  • Assist in delivering smooth and efficient external client audits
  • Liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Support projects focused on documenting and improving billing and reconciliation processes
  • Identify variances, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Make recommendations for process and system enhancements to strengthen financial controls and audit readiness
  • Work with large datasets across multiple systems in a fast‑paced media environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Media or advertising experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate variances and anomalies
  • Excellent query resolution and problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of financial controls and process improvement
  • Confidence challenging existing processes and identifying operational efficiencies
  • Experience reconciling high volumes of transactional or financial data
  • Proven ability to support or drive process improvement initiatives
  • Experience within advertising, media, finance operations, audit, compliance, or other high‑volume transactional environments preferred
  • Experience using financial systems; NetSuite experience advantageous but not essential
