At Poole Alcock Solicitors, we are looking to welcome an experienced, talented and personable Family Solicitor to our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire or Sandbach office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves family law, takes pride in their work, and thrives on delivering a high standard of client care. We are not looking for just any lawyer — we want someone with a warm, approachable personality, who clients trust and colleagues enjoy working alongside. You will be supported by our wonderful Heads of Department who are hands‑on and approachable, with a genuine passion and drive in developing their team.

Responsibilities

You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, covering a broad mix of work including:

  • Divorce and finances
  • Cohabitation Agreements
  • TOLATA Injunctions
  • Pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements

Experience required

You will bring strong experience of managing a mixed family caseload, including divorce, financial remedy and private children matters. The perfect person will be confident in taking ownership of their work, delivering excellent client service, and contributing to the continued growth of the department. This is a well‑supported role, with trainee solicitor/paralegal assistance and centralised typing support to allow you to focus on your clients and the quality of your work.
