Role Purpose As the Graphic Designer at Poolhouse, you will bring our brand to life across digital, print, and motion design.

Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll create visually impactful assets for campaigns, social media, paid advertising, website, email, and in‑venue experiences.

You’ll combine strong creative craft with efficient workflows, helping the business move quickly while maintaining exceptional brand standards.

Responsibilities Creative assets consistently elevate the Poolhouse brand across all touchpoints.

Campaigns launch with visually engaging, on‑brand creative delivered on time.

Templates, systems, and workflows improve consistency and speed across the team.

Digital, print, and motion outputs are high‑quality and production‑ready.

Creative supports engagement, brand awareness, and marketing performance.

AI‑assisted workflows improve efficiency without compromising design quality.

Cross‑functional collaboration is smooth, proactive, and solutions‑focused.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition, colour, and hierarchy.

Experience across digital, print, and motion design with a portfolio demonstrating versatility.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Experience creating social‑first content with an understanding of platform best practice.

Strong understanding of print production, pre‑press, bleed, colour profiles, and finishes.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Comfortable working at pace and responding positively to feedback.

Collaborative communication style with cross‑functional teams.

Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, or venue brands is beneficial.
