We are searching for education professionals to join our trust. Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) Manager and Lead Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and motivated professional with vision, tenacity, optimism, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead and deliver high-quality specialist provision within the school's Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), enabling pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to access a personalised, inclusive and ambitious curriculum. As a key leader, you will ensure that pupils benefit from a blended mainstream and specialist offer, supporting both progress and successful inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-quality specialist provision within the SRP to support pupils with EHCPs.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure a blended mainstream and specialist curriculum that promotes progress and inclusion.
- Inspire students to achieve their best within a progressive, dynamic, and improving Academy culture.
Requirements
- DFE-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Relevant SEND experience (e.g., ASD, SEMH, SLCN) with experience teaching pupils with complex SEND needs.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a SENCo qualification.
