Pool Hayes Academy is seeking a committed and experienced Deputy SENDCO to enhance a supportive Faculty. The role involves collaboration with colleagues to implement the SEND strategy, lead staff for students with additional needs, and serve as class teacher within the SRP provision, starting with 8 students.
