Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint a Campus Manager to ensure a seamless facilities management service. This will include proactively managing the facilities management functions on site, overseeing the day-to-day operations, acting as the Academy's health and safety and fire officer and ensuring that the service not only meets but exceeds the needs of the Academy. The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage facilities management functions on site.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Academy’s facilities.
- Act as the Academy's health and safety and fire officer.
- Ensure service meets and exceeds the needs of the Academy.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Health and safety certification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH.
- Proven experience in managing facilities within an education or similar environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- NJC Scale Point: 20 – 24
- Actual salary: £32,597 to £35,412 per annum
- 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per annum
- Permanent Contract commencing as soon as possible
