Responsibilities
- Provide effective cover supervision for absent teachers to ensure continuity of student education
- Support additional activities, including invigilation and administrative assistance
- Maintain a positive learning environment and support the welfare of students during cover periods
- Collaborate with the teaching team and support the Academy’s culture of outstanding success
Qualifications
- Good basic education to GCSE level, including English and Maths
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an educational environment
- Demonstrated respect for young people and their needs
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare, including willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
