Company Overview
Pool Academy Aquatics grew from a South African swim school in 2011 into an international coaching and certification network spanning South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, India and the United Kingdom. Each franchise branch is able to set up 3 aquatic divisions (Swimming, Water Polo, Synchronised Swimming) focused on internationally aligned coaching standards - along with a 4th division focused on Training (enabling people to obtain qualifications and certifications in Aquatics). We are now expanding our footprint across the United Kingdom.
The Opportunity
We are awarding single-unit franchise rights to exclusive, designated territories across the UK. In a market defined by year-round swimming, strong demand and rising water-safety awareness, this is an exceptional opportunity for a serious entrepreneur to lead an established international brand locally.
What Your Franchise Includes
- Exclusive single-unit franchise rights to a designated, protected territory in the UK.
- A proven, turnkey operating model refined over 15 years.
- Internationally aligned coaching and training standards through Pool Academy Training (PAT), Pool Academy Water Polo, Pool Academy Synchro and Pool Academy Swimming.
- Full coach certification, curriculum, branding and marketing support.
- Hands-on onboarding, training and ongoing mentorship from our international head office.
- Established SaaS systems for enrolment, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Investment – Flexible Payment Plan
We’ve made ownership more accessible. Rather than paying the franchise fee in full, you can spread it with our payment plan: 50% of the franchise fee upfront to secure your territory (£10,000 upfront). 10% per month thereafter until the balance is settled — so you can launch sooner, with less capital tied up on day one (£2,000 per month). Note: the Franchise Fee amount (full Franchise fee amount is £20,000) and full terms are confirmed in your Franchise Disclosure Document. You’ll also need separate working capital to set up and run your operation.
Who We’re Looking For
- Driven, entrepreneurial individuals ready to build and lead a business.
- A passion for sport, water safety, child development or community impact.
- Strong people and organisational skills (direct swim-coaching experience is a bonus, not a must — we train you).
- The capital to meet the franchise fee under the payment plan, plus working capital to support the operation.
- A long-term commitment to upholding the Pool Academy brand and standards.
Why Now
The UK swims all year, families invest heavily in children’s development, and the appetite for premium coaching is strong. The system is proven and ready to launch — the territory could be yours.
