Customer Service Advisor Contract: Full-time Working Days: 5 in 7 days, with primary working hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, working one weekend per month. Hours: 40 Location: Barnwood, Gloucester, UK Salary: £26,240 per annum Main Purpose of Role Deal with any incoming customer enquiries, ensuring that all customers are receiving the best service. Responsibilities * Deal with any incoming customer enquiries through our omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system, delivering excelling customer service. * Deal with any customers in our Gloucestershire showroom, delivering excellent customer service. * Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer enquiries.
