We’re now looking for a Social-First Video Editor & Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form content - and knows exactly how to make a viewer stop scrolling, click, and convert.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving video-first storyteller to join our in-house team. You’ll be responsible for producing, editing, and optimising performance-led social content for platforms like Meta and TikTok — from UGC-style testimonials to product explainers and reactive trend content.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing and Brand teams to test, iterate, and scale winning ads. You’ll also support our organic social channels with engaging, shareable content that builds our community and keeps our brand top of feed.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit weekly content for paid social campaigns - optimised for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping ad variants by testing different hooks, captions, and lengths.
- Repurpose influencer, customer, and UGC footage into high-performing creative.
- Edit brand and campaign assets into social-first formats with motion graphics, captions, and kinetic text.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to interpret creative briefs and feed back performance learnings into the next round of content.
- Capture authentic, reactive content in-house - from product demos to seasonal/trend-led ideas.
- Maintain an organised content library for quick turnarounds and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social trends, pet industry content, and platform updates to keep our creative fresh.
Experience Required
- Proven track record in creating high-performing paid social ads (Meta/TikTok focus).
- Strong understanding of what works on paid social — pacing, native feel, hooks, and CTAs.
- Confident shooting and editing footage shot on iPhone and Mirrorless Video cameras in a way which balances scrappy authenticity and a polished final product
- Proficient in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a bonus).
- Comfortable with motion graphics, captions, and kinetic text to maximise engagement.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work fast without sacrificing quality.
- Confident in speaking to camera and being in ad footage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a DTC brand is a plus
- Proven track record in creating high performing paid social creatives
- Being able to interpret creative performance success metrics in ad accounts to understand what\'s working with the support of paid social experts in the team
- It\'s essential that you have a dog or have access to one!
