We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our studio on a full-time basis. The role is based in London, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our studio in Design District a few times a week.
What matters most:
- Experience in developing brand concepts from inception to execution.
- Proven track record of creating compelling brand identities that not only look great but also support business objectives and market positioning.
- Exceptional skills in logo design, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to research, strategise, and articulate a brand’s story, personality, and values.
- Strong UI skills: Proficiency in designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces for digital-first brands, with a clear understanding of how UI impacts brand perception.
- The ability to translate a new brand identity into a compelling website UI is crucial for this role; therefore, proficiency in Figma is essential.
- A strategic mindset—an understanding of how branding influences a company’s competitive edge, user engagement, and long-term success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
- Ability to work closely with clients, team members, and possibly developers, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
