About the Role As part of the Transformation & Major Projects Directorate, the Major Programme Delivery team is committed to executing major initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll have the opportunity to work across various critical programmes and initiatives!
Key Accountabilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and manage project dependencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party contractors/vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication to ensure engagement of all key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project standards for time, quality, and cost.
What We're Looking For:

- Experienced in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

- Proven experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- SC Clearance is essential.
