This is a high-impact role where you will shape procurement strategy, build frameworks from the ground up, and engage with top-tier suppliers across complex, high-value programmes.

The Role: As Supply Chain Lead, you will take ownership of procurement strategy and delivery across early-stage infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Tier 1 contractors and specialist suppliers
  • Collaborating with engineering and project teams to define scope and tender strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in major infrastructure or construction projects
  • Proven experience working in early project phases (FEED stage)
  • Demonstrated ability to build procurement frameworks from scratch
  • In-depth knowledge of UCR 2016 (Utilities Contracts Regulations)
  • Experience within regulated utilities or public sector procurement
  • Ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced environment

Why Apply?

  • Work on cutting-edge energy transition projects
  • Opportunity to shape procurement strategy at the earliest stages
  • High level of autonomy and influence
