Our client, a leading organisation in the utilities sector, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Programme and Events Support professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of the EmpowerU Reignite programme. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure a seamless and high-quality participant experience while managing multiple cohorts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Own the delivery of the EmpowerU Reignite programme, developing and maintaining comprehensive plans, timelines, and schedules. Oversee multiple concurrent cohorts, ensuring all progress, risks, and issues are monitored and addressed effectively. Track engagement and performance metrics to maximise programme impact.
- Event and Session Management: Plan and coordinate all facilitated sessions, managing logistics such as scheduling, venues, and materials. Ensure a consistent and engaging participant experience across all events, adapting to changes and rescheduling as necessary.
- Stakeholder and Participant Management: Act as the primary contact for participants, managers, and facilitators, fostering effective relationships to support engagement and completion. Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding cohort progress and key milestones.
- Learning Platform and Content Oversight: Monitor participant engagement with learning content, identifying trends and proactively addressing any barriers to completion. Collaborate with the L&D Specialist to ensure learning resources are relevant and effective.
- Communications and Engagement: Design and implement communication plans to enhance awareness and participation. Maintain accurate records and promote the programme's benefits across the organisation.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the programme's effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices across learning initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in managing programmes, events, or learning initiatives from conception to evaluation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning management systems.
Desirable:
- Background in Learning & Development or Leadership Development.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning platforms.
Accountability:
- Ensure successful delivery of EmpowerU Reignite cohorts within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Achieve high participant engagement, attendance, and completion rates.
- Drive continuous improvement in programme processes and learner experiences.
