Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite)

Contract Length: Initial 3-Month Contract (Possible extension)

Pay Rate: Β£400 per day via Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Are you an organised, proactive analyst with strong stakeholder management skills and experience working within a regulated environment? We're supporting a major organisation within the UK energy and infrastructure sector to recruit a Final Sums Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on the future of electricity network connections. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a nationally significant programme, working alongside senior stakeholders, regulators, and transmission infrastructure organisations to help deliver complex regulatory and financial processes.

The Role

This is a stakeholder-focused programme delivery role supporting the development and execution of a specialist settlement and governance process within a large-scale regulatory programme. You'll work closely with internal teams, external infrastructure partners and industry regulators to coordinate activities, drive actions to completion and help shape effective processes and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage workstreams independently, facilitate discussions, coordinate stakeholders and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery activities across a complex regulatory programme.
  • Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, regulators and internal SME teams.
  • Lead meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Prepare agendas, papers and supporting documentation.
  • Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Support governance and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate reviews of external submissions and drive progress to resolution.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal and regulatory teams to support process design and implementation.
  • Produce clear updates and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement experience.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment such as utilities, infrastructure, energy, transport or similar sectors.
  • Strong programme, project or governance coordination experience.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive activities forward.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing actions, risks and deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Desirable

  • Experience working with energy networks, transmission operators or distribution operators.
  • Previous engagement with regulators such as Ofgem.
  • Understanding of financial, settlement or invoicing processes.
  • Experience within large-scale transformation or regulatory change programmes.
  • Knowledge of electricity transmission, connections or related industry governance frameworks.
