For a dynamic utilities organization focused on data-driven solutions, we are seeking a Data Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, requiring advanced Excel skills and a strong focus on data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for synchronising data from multiple sources, using Excel and using other tools to enhance data interpretating and processing efficiency.

This position demands a proactive individual with lived experience in executive reporting and the ability to produce high-quality PowerPoint, Power Bi, Power Query data, presentations and executive documents. What will you Do?

Develop and manage streamline data processing tasks
Create tools to enhance data management and reporting efficiency
Prepare executive reports and presentations using PowerPoint and other reporting tools
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data analysis
Utilize advanced Excel/Power Bi and Power Query skills to support data-driven decision-making processes

Your Skills

Proficiency in advanced Excel, power bi, power query functions and data management techniques
Experience in creating executive reports and presentations using PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
