Are you a passionate UX Designer looking to make a meaningful impact in the banking sector? We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Ideation: Lead and facilitate whiteboard sessions to brainstorm ideas, ensuring all voices are heard and valued in the design process.
  • User-Centric Design: Utilize your strong understanding of UX principles to design intuitive, user-friendly mobile applications that meet user needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Service Design: Leverage your service design experience to create seamless experiences across various customer touchpoints, ensuring our services are cohesive and effective.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to gather insights and feedback, keeping stakeholders informed and involved throughout the design process.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, conducting usability testing to refine designs based on real user feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance our design processes and user experiences.
