Role Overview
As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support to site-based operational teams. Your responsibilities will include purchase order management and operational coordination, working closely with Operations Managers to ensure efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and raise purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Provide direct administrative support to Operations Managers on-site.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and trackers using Microsoft Office tools.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate diaries as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
- Support daily administrative activities to facilitate smooth site operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across both Warrington and Glasgow teams.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

- Proven experience in a Business Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Demonstrable experience in raising and managing purchase orders.
