The Opportunity: We are supporting a major UK energy infrastructure organisation delivering critical projects across hydrogen and carbon capture - key areas driving the UK's transition to a low-carbon future. They are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to play a pivotal role during the early project (FEED) phase, leading procurement activity and establishing the frameworks that will underpin large-scale infrastructure delivery. This is a high-impact role where you will shape procurement strategy, build frameworks from the ground up, and engage with top-tier suppliers across complex, high-value programmes.
The Role: As Supply Chain Lead, you will take ownership of procurement strategy and delivery across early-stage infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end procurement activity across FEED-stage projects
- Designing and implementing procurement frameworks and call-off structures
- Developing compliant procurement strategies aligned to UCR 2016
- Managing procurement packages from market engagement through to contract award
- Engaging with Tier 1 contractors and specialist suppliers
- Collaborating with engineering and project teams to define scope and tender strategies
